Why is my order coming in multiple packages?

Some items are made and shipped separately, so your order might arrive in pieces like a tiny, adorable scavenger hunt.

Are your products handmade?

The art is 100% hand drawn by me 💖 Some products are handmade, and others are produced through trusted partners to bring my designs to life on things like apparel and accessories.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many items are made to order just for you, I don’t accept general returns or exchanges. BUT if something shows up damaged, incorrect, or looking like it fought a bear on the way to you… I’ll fix it.

Do you do custom orders?
