How it all Started

I have epilepsy, chronic pain and autism, and there came a point where I needed something that worked with me instead of against me. Traditional paths weren’t fitting, and I refused to believe that meant I couldn’t build something meaningful.

So I turned to what had always been there for me: drawing & animals.

I started creating silly, chaotic little animals… the kind that say the things we’re all thinking but don’t always have the energy to say. What began as a way to cope slowly turned into something bigger. Something that could reach other people who feel the same way.

Non-Negotiables

1. Every design is hand drawn by me. No shortcuts, no copying, no horrid AI slop. Just my silly brain & unhinged ideas.

2. It has to bring something good into the world. Whether it’s a laugh, a sense of comfort, or a tiny “okay… I’m not alone,” if it doesn’t add light in some way, it doesn’t make the cut.

3. Quality matters. A lot.
If I wouldn’t be happy receiving it, I won’t sell it. Simple as that.

Why Kaybowzie?

Because life is already serious enough.

Kaybowzie exists to make people smile on days that feel heavy, overwhelming, or just plain weird. My art leans into humor, softness, and a little bit of chaos… because sometimes the best way to get through hard things is to laugh at them (even just a tiny bit).

I’ve always felt most at peace around animals. Growing up, they were my safe place, my comfort, and honestly… my best friends. So naturally, they became the heart of everything I create.

If you’ve ever felt out of place, overwhelmed, or like your brain just works a little differently… you’re in the right spot here.

My Process

Every design starts the same way: with me, my iPad, and a brain full of slightly unhinged ideas.

I hand draw everything myself, keeping my style cohesive & full of personality. I focus on making characters that feel relatable in a “that’s literally me” kind of way.

From there, designs are carefully turned into products through trusted partners or handmade by me, depending on the item. I try to make sure everything feels intentional and worth having in your space or daily life.

My Mission

I want Kaybowzie to feel like a soft but silly place to be. Not everything in life can be fixed, and I’m not here to pretend it can. I am here to make it a little lighter, softer, more bearable, and much more fun. My goal is to create art that helps people feel seen without making everything so heavy all the time. You’re allowed to struggle and still laugh. You’re allowed to have hard days and still surround yourself with things that bring you comfort. If something I make gives you even a small moment of relief or a tiny smile… I have succeeded (:<
